These terms govern your use of the CulvertVPN apps and service. By using CulvertVPN you agree to them.

The service

CulvertVPN routes your device's internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to one of our servers. A free tier is available without an account; Premium unlocks all locations, all speeds, and additional features.

Accounts

Free access is anonymous and needs no registration. Premium requires an account, created by adding an email address, so your subscription can be restored across your devices. Keep your recovery information safe — an anonymous account cannot be recovered if lost.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium can be bought in two ways: as a subscription through Google Play inside the app, or as a one-year plan on our website.

Through Google Play (in the app)

• Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and change over time.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable law.

Through our website (one year, paid in cryptocurrency)

• On culvertvpn.com/premium you may buy one year of Premium as a single, non-recurring payment made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. Nothing renews automatically: when the year ends, Premium stops unless you buy again.
• The price and the currencies accepted are shown on the payment page before you confirm.
• Activation is manual. After paying, email the payment ID to admin@appgeek.co from the email address of the account you want activated. We switch Premium on for that account, normally within one day, and the year runs from the day we activate it.
• Website purchases are sold only on our website. They are not offered inside the app or through Google Play, and Google Play has no part in them.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final. Once a transfer is confirmed on the network it cannot be reversed by us or by the payment processor, so website purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Check the amount and the currency before you confirm. If you paid and Premium was not activated, contact us and we will put it right.
• A website purchase applies to one account and cannot be transferred to another. It cannot be added to an account that already has an active Google Play subscription; cancel that subscription or let it end first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CulvertVPN to: break the law; send spam or malware; attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any system or network; infringe others' rights; or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

CulvertVPN is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any particular network or website will be reachable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CulvertVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Termination

You may stop using CulvertVPN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
